1. Account Registration

By creating an account on NovelsVault, you agree to provide accurate and complete registration credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Accounts may not be shared or transferred. Any suspicious access activity may lead to temporary account suspension.

2. Premium Purchases & Code Activation

All premium Urdu novels are sold via manual payment verification. Upon payment validation by our admin team, a 6-digit access code is issued to your account. This code is to be activated inside our official mobile app.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of PDF/eBook manuscripts, all sales are final once the 6-digit access code has been activated or the novel has been downloaded.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All materials published on NovelsVault are protected by copyright laws. Users may not copy, extract, distribute, decompile, or upload manuscripts outside the authorized NovelsVault environments.

Our mobile app uses active security configurations (`FLAG_SECURE`) to protect these copyrights. Attempting to bypass these app boundaries, screenshots blocks, or reverse-engineer the APK will lead to immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting from the service.

4. Writer Terms

Writers publishing on NovelsVault warrant that their works are original creations and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights. Payout shares and payment details (JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Bank account numbers) must be accurate to ensure timely disbursement. Platform commissions are processed under the agreed default payout structure.

5. Modifications of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated revision date. Continued usage of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
